Sit back and relax in Clayoquot Sound with Tofino Wilderness Resort and Sierra Club BC
Take a much needed break at Tofino Wilderness Resort. Nestled in Quait Bay on Nuu-chah-nulth territory, you’ll find yourself surrounded by the rugged coastal beauty of Clayoquot Sound.
Explore this floating wilderness lodge and spend your days paddling to hidden coves, dining seaside on luxurious West Coast cuisine and seeing some of the most spectacular wildlife in the province. It’s time to kick back, relax, and explore the wonders of the Island in style.
This “Unwind and Recharge” package was generously donated by Tofino Wilderness Resort and will be auctioned off at our Vancouver 50th Anniversary Gala Featuring Mother Mother. All proceeds will support the work of Sierra Club BC. The package includes a four night stay at the resort for four people and is valued at $12,000.
This area is truly breathtaking, and Sierra Club BC has had a hand in protecting the land and water of Clayoquot Sound for future generations. Over the last fifty years, we helped expand Pacific Rim National Park to include the West Coast trail and the Nitinat Triangle, and stopped the creation of a destructive open-pit copper mine near Tofino.
As part of the Clayoquot Sound Conservation Alliance, Sierra Club BC continues to work with Indigenous Nations and the BC government on solutions for lasting protection of these intact rainforest valleys. With these partnerships, Sierra Club BC is thrilled to continue standing up for the thriving biodiversity and mystical landscapes that make this coast so special.
