We will focus our area of in-person delivery in North Island communities (School Districts 71, 72, 85) and the Greater Vancouver area (School Districts 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45). Our in-person programs are encouraged to take place in outdoor spaces.

Online versions of our middle and high school workshops are available via secure video call to any school or homeschool group in B.C.

Additionally, programs will be offered in a limited capacity for other areas of BC.

If you have any questions, please contact us at education@sierraclub.bc.ca.

STATEMENT OF EQUITY

In following our SCBC  strategic plan (growing into balance). We are endeavouring to offer all learners the opportunity to engage with facilitators of learning who have diverse lived experiences, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC. You may expect, as educators, school districts, and caregivers, to work alongside our ever-growing staff of cultural diversity. We ask that, in preparation for our staff visiting your learning environment, you engage with this material!

DONATE

We offer our programming free of charge. As a charity, we do appreciate donations. This facilitates our continued prioritization of providing service in school in traditionally underserved areas. As well, it aids our growing library of free open-access education resources.
