The school year is just around the corner and we’re in need of school supplies to run free, place-based environmental education programs for children and youth in B.C.
We’re looking to raise $1,300 to buy four classroom-sized sets of binoculars, craft supplies, magnifying glasses, books, and more, to facilitate workshops that inspire kids to connect with the world around them.
You can give the gift of place-based education:
- $600 will cover the costs of 125 binoculars needed this year
- $200 will pay for magnifying glasses for 4 classrooms
- $100 will help pay for craft supplies for the year
- $50 will cover native plant cards for 1 classroom
- $25 will help pay for books and other materials needed to facilitate workshops
Any amount helps cover supplies needed to run these free environmental workshops for children and youth.
