Art for Forests: Making masks and puppets for the ‘United For Old-Growth’ rally
It was so exciting to see the wonderful forest art being created for the upcoming United For Old-Growth march and rally happening on Saturday, February 25! Major gratitude to the group of artists who came together the other weekend to build a giant Mother Tree puppet and masks of beings who call ancient forests their home. We’d like to say an especially big thank you to Tim Gosley for hosting these events.
This community project reminded us that being together and working with our hands towards a common goal is a recipe for joy — something that can feel in short supply when we look at the challenges we face.
